9.00 - 9.30 am Registration, membership, meet and greet.
9.30 - 10.15 am AGM.
10.15 - 10.30 am Tea / Coffe break.
10.30 - 12.30 pm NZUHG "Member Projects" information exchange, current and planned projects.
Eric Gosse of MV Pegasus talks on "Vocation vs Avocation"
12.30 - 1.15 pm Lunch ... on site $20.00 per head incl tea / coffee.
1.15 - 3.15 pm Bill Edwards, Area Manager Northland Hertage NZ, "Early settlement sites South of the Wairau Bar - an interconnected seascape ?"
Dr Rosanne Hawarden - "Is the Anaweka Canoe a fake and not a rare Maritime Artifact from the 15h century ?"
3.15 - 3.30 pm Tea / Coffee break.
3.30 - 4.30 pm "Lost and Found" The film of the discovery and recovery pf Cook's anchor in Tahiti. Directed by David Lean, introduced by Lynton Diggle who shot the extensive underwater material.

Reconvene at Northern Wairoa Hotel - Annual buffet, dinner / drinks from 7.00 pm $40.00 per head plus drinks, own cost.
Sunday 20th November
10.00 am Departure Dargaville wharf on MV Daisy for approx 2 hour tour on the historic Wairoa River, maximum of 20 people. Cost $35.00 per person. Return to wharf about 12.00 noon followed by ....
Lunch at Dargaville Boating Club (own cost) ..... then
About 1.30 pm visit to Thompsons Boatyard who were commissioned by the New Zealand Government to build three boats for Shackletons expedition to Antarctica. We understand plans still appear in the loft.
George Bellew will need to know numbers for the boat trip by midday 19th November.
